Ingredients

- 400 g turkey breast
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 100 g spinach
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Dice the turkey breast into small cubes.

Chop the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion into small pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
