  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 8 ounce baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

    Clean and devein the shrimp if necessary, then pat dry with paper towels.
